Refund policy

You are not eligible for a refund if at least ONE of the below conditions applies:

1. You logged into our online training portal at any time.

2. You logged into any of our recorded webinars at any time.

3. You downloaded any of our course materials at any time.

If you have not met any one of the above conditions, you may request a full refund, less a $75 administrative cancellation fee, provided you email us a refund request within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after the five-day period will not be honored under any circumstances.

Important: No refunds are available for corporate sponsorship packages that include advertising, brand promotions, email marketing, banner advertisements, or similar promotional services.
