  • Consumer Agreement
  • DISCLAIMER: We are a private mortgage training company, and are NOT owned, operated or affiliated with HUD, FHA or the Federal Government in any way. System Requirements: Each online training class/webinar requires you to have a working computer and speakers as well as a fast Internet connection (DSL or higher). Each Mortgage University online training class is intended to be informational only, and makes no claim that you will obtain a job. Nor will it satisfy or meet any particular state educational, licensing or certification requirements. Check with your federal, state and local authorities regarding loan processing licensure requirements, if any.

  • Return Policy
  • CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Since each class has a maximum of 30 students and can fill up 4-6 weeks ahead of time, a written notice MUST be given at least 30 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the ORIGINAL class start date to receive a full refund (MINUS a $75 cancellation fee PER class). However, if you have registered for a class that starts sooner than 30 days, then NO refund will be given. Also, NO refunds will be provided for classes purchased as part of a special offer, bundled package or group discount rate. In addition, NO refunds will be provided once a class has started, so if you cannot attend for any reason, we will simply reschedule you for a later date. Note: if you're not able to meet our system requirements (computer and internet connection), we suggest re-taking the class on a different computer because we will NOT issue a refund.
